Just a Moment

next >

there's a quiet flute solo i did on my M1 and the siren you hear in the background is a sample of my voice.
there was a female guest vocalist in the chorus named Silvia Michel.

Just a Moment

the walls of my room are cold and damp
framed pictures which i've treasured
bring me sorrow and despair

i look out the window
up n' the long and empty road
and the rose which i put into the vase
a symbol of love - from yesterday -
today the leaves are on the floor

in my stomach a rumble
my lungs they grasp for air
i've got to get away from here
from the pressure of this world

i wish i was high - high above
on my bed - oh lord
i wish i was high - high above
on my bed - oh lord

surrounded in silence...
just a moment - away from reality
just to see the brightness of the light
a calm wind blows me through

the wonders of stange emotions
for a moment i feel free...
again i lie back - freedom is ending...

how happy could man be
would he not think of his happyness all the time
and how easier is single be found
if man would not look around
would not look around..

i light a smoke - and all is quiet
move in my bed like a tiger in his cage

i wish i was high - high above
on my bed - oh lord
i wish i was high - high above
on my bed - oh lord

surrounded in silence...
just a moment - away from reality
just to see the brightness of the light
a calm wind blows me through

the wonder of stange emotions
for a moment i feel free...
again i lie back - freedom is ending...

olé!!
